🏆Cameron Smith & Rippers win LIV Golf

The LIV Golf season is OVER.

To be honest with you, I didn’t watch LIV this weekend. Or last weekend. Or any weekend. Ever. Does anyone even get the CW? What’s the CW?

I’ll watch LIV next year (I’m lying).

Here’s what you need to know…

• G’day Mate: The Rippers, led by Cameron Smith and Lucas Herbert (?), took home the LIV team championship. Read.

• Brooksy Disasterclass: Brooks Koepka carded an 80 on Sunday and was criticized by many online for appearing to “not care”. Read.

• Flu Game?: Jon Rahm withdrew from the tournament, citing “flu like symptoms”. Read.

Cameron Smith and the Rippers took home $14 million of the $50 million purse. Not exactly f*** you money, but I’d take it. Obviously, they didn’t join LIV for the $ though. It was for the legacy. Right, everyone?

🚔 Slow Play Turns Violent

Do you ever get mad at slow play on the course? Well, so does Jerry Whittaker (⬆️). Jerry was allegedly “cut” by another group of golfers. Jerry got PISSED, called them a**holes and c*****. It is a gentlemen’s sport after all.

Then, our guy Jerry proceeded to assault one of the men in the group. The 54-year old man ended up in the hospital with 7 broken ribs, a punctured lung, and a broken piece of vertebrae in his back.

Usually when play is slow, I just order another beer.

Jerry faces 13 years in prison.

Phil Mickelson has rocked a wide variety of looks throughout the years. Not sure what to call this one. Twitter was going wild with his new “style” this weekend.

Father Time has caught up. It always does. He’s getting old. Dare I say…washed up?
