⛳️ FBI
Presented by:
Happy Friday. Augusta National's famously pristine security was completely dismantled by a college dropout who worked in their warehouse for 14 years. Richard Brendan Globensky stole millions in merchandise plus priceless green jackets belonging to Palmer, Hogan and Sarazen before getting caught in an FBI sting involving a billionaire, a private jet, and a Men's Wearhouse garment bag. The most shocking revelation? The thief received just 12 months in prison despite selling $5.3 million in stolen items, including Palmer's jacket which he unbelievably sold for a mere $50,000. ⬇️
If you’re new here, welcome to Bogey Bois Golf. 5 minutes of golf news that won’t put you to sleep every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.
🔍 Today’s highlights:
⛳️ Justin Timberlake just found the perfect way to pay tribute to his injured friend Tiger Woods (it involves a private jet and an impossible putt)
🍽️ Scottie Scheffler’s Masters menu is live and it’s turning heads - he left one special thing off the menu (it nearly hospitalized multiple Masters legends last year)
👀 Michael Jordan’s private golf course is actually insane - no tee times, no dress code, and music-blasting carts with Bluetooth speakers (and no pictures allowed anywhere on the property)

🧠 Can Scottie win again?
The Masters is approaching fast. Last year, Scottie Scheffler took home the crown. And this year, he’s favored to do it again. According to Polymarket, the world’s largest prediction market, former Louisville City Jail inmate Scottie Scheffler is favored at 17% chance to win. Justin Thomas shot up the odds leaderboard after his insane 62 on Friday at the Players Championshop at TPC Sawgrass. Rory Mcllroy and T3 finisher Colin Morikawa round out the top 4.
Polymarket is an accurate data source in that it's completely non-for-profit. They do not make money off bettors like classic sports books. It's a free market, meaning there is no "juice" or "vigor" on the odds to make the book profit. A user simply wins another user's money. Interesting and wildly accurate, that's for sure.
🎙️ The Starter
What type of cheese is on the infamous sandwich served at the Masters? |
Last Starter: 46% of readers knew that Tiger turned pro when he was 20. But, he was elite way before then. Look at his swing at 5 years old. Absolutely nuts ⬇️
@golfoncbs In 1981, young Tiger was featured as the “most amazing 5-year-old golfer you’ve ever seen” 🐐 #golf #tigerwoods #TigerTuesday #pgatour #throwback
📰 GOLF STORIES
⛳️ Insane Private Jet Putt
Justin Timberlake just found the perfect way to pay tribute to his injured friend Tiger Woods - draining a 30-foot putt down the aisle of his private jet. The pop superstar and avid golfer perfectly dubbed the video with Gary Koch's iconic "Better than most!" call from Tiger's famous 2001 TPC Sawgrass make. Even more impressive than the make itself might be finding a private jet with an aisle straight enough to attempt such a putt in the first place. ⬇️
We love you, Big 🐅!!! Get well soon!

Scottie Scheffler just turned his most embarrassing moment into the best Masters Champions Dinner flex possible. The world #1's 2025 menu features "Papa Scheff's Meatball & Ravioli Bites" - a hilarious reference to his bizarre Christmas Day injury when he pierced his palm with a broken wine glass while making pasta. The defending champion wisely removed the "spicy tortilla soup" that nearly hospitalized several Masters legends in 2023, but kept his mysterious "Scottie style" cheeseburger sliders that Augusta National's most elite members still can't stop talking about. ⬇️

👀 MJ’s Course is unlike any other
Michael Jordan just created the anti-Augusta National with his ultra-exclusive $15 million golf playground. The NBA legend's Grove XXIII breaks every stuffy tradition - no tee times, no dress code, and music-blasting carts with Bluetooth speakers. With fewer than 100 members (including Rory McIlroy and Mark Wahlberg), it's designed with a unique advantage system that gives the notoriously competitive Jordan the edge over even PGA Tour pros who visit. Oh and there’s no photos allowed on the property. ⬇️
So I was blessed to get a chance to play Grove XXIII, Michael Jordan’s private golfing playground.
While I can’t share photos from inside the gates, I can share the experience. It’s truly one of a kind.
