Jacob Bridgeman started Sunday five back at the Biltmore Championship Asheville. Then he shot 10-under 61, with eight birdies and an eagle, to win at 26-under by two. Ben James also shot 61 and still lost. J.T. Poston missed a 25-footer for 59. Bridgeman's second win of the season came near his South Carolina hometown, with family watching, days before he tees it up for Team USA. And the trophy base is black walnut from a Biltmore Estate tree that Hurricane Helene knocked down in 2024. It's the first PGA Tour event in western North Carolina since 1942. Snedeker's pick is looking smarter every day. ⬇️

Manuel Elvira had the BMW PGA Championship in his hands. He eagled the par-5 17th at Wentworth to take the lead. Then he hit into a fairway bunker on the par-5 18th, made a 7, and dropped into a four-way tie for second. JJ Spaun finished with four birdies in his last five holes, shot 67, and won at 17-under in his first try at Wentworth. That's a $1.53M winner's check. Elvira took home $596K, sharing second with Rory McIlroy, Adam Scott and Aaron Rai. Every golfer who's ever blown it on the 18th felt that one. ⬇️
