⛳️ Life in Prison
Happy Monday. A Detroit police chase resulted in $10,000 in damages at St. Clair Shores Golf Club after 52-year-old Edward Tackett drove through fairways while golfers were teeing off, part of a 40-minute rampage involving carjackings and home invasions. Tackett drove the wrong way on I-94, broke into multiple homes, threatened a resident with a fork, and stole a handgun before being tackled and arrested. He faces life in prison due to his fourth-habitual offender status with a minimum 25-year sentence if convicted on all charges. "One dangerous individual" is now off the streets. ⬇️
A Port Huron man is facing more than a dozen criminal charges after an alleged crime spree and police chase through multiple Macomb County communities.

⛳️ Good Good took a trip to Manhattan…
Good Good took their Thrift Store Golf Challenge to Manhattan, where Matt Scharff learned NYC thrift stores don't stock golf clubs and ended up buying a driver from a fan at Joe's Pizza instead. The video proved good golfers stay good regardless of equipment, with Brad Dalke and Sean Walsh battling a women's flex Big Bertha and a comically tiny putter at Pine Hollow Country Club. Other highlights include Luke Clanton flexing YouTube chops with Bob Does Sports and Bryson DeChambeau's new caddie Kevin Hart making his debut. ⬇️
👀 PGA of America Prez loves Eminem
Video emerged of PGA of America president Don Rea rapping Eminem at a Saturday night Ryder Cup party while Team USA trailed 11.5-4.5, confirming The Times' exclusive report that sparked Golf Twitter controversy. Rea faced criticism for performing karaoke instead of condemning Bethpage Black crowd behavior, though the Americans did rally Sunday after his performance. The best part? A disinterested woman in red looking completely unimpressed during his attempt at the classic hip-hop track. Matt Fitzpatrick wasn't happy with Rea's crowd comments all week. ⬇️
🤔 Why golf is the only sport that hates the underdog
A writer watched Steven Fisk win the Sanderson Farms Championship on Sunday but couldn't remember his name four days later, proving golf fans don't care about journeyman victories the way they do superstar wins. Unlike team sports where underdogs captivate audiences, golf's inherent difficulty makes us appreciate greatness more with repetition rather than getting bored by dominance. Fisk beat other underdogs like Garrick Higgo rather than toppling Scottie Scheffler, removing the David-versus-Goliath appeal. Familiarity breeds love in golf, not contempt, which explains why journeymen remain forgettable. ⬇️
