⛳️ Piss Missile

Presented by:

Happy Wednesday. Chris Gotterup launched a "piss missile" that struck a spotter at the BMW Championship so hard it literally branded a tiny Bridgestone logo into the man's calf muscle. NBC's Smylie Kaufman said the errant shot flew into the crowd at "approximately 3,000 mph," leaving a perfect imprint of the golf ball's logo on the unfortunate volunteer's leg. Bridgestone is reportedly trying to find the guy, presumably to offer free sleeves, but he probably never wants to see another golf ball. ⬇️

👀 Own Your Edge

Meet the COOLSHOT 50i GII - the rangefinder changing how golfers see the course. While most rangefinders just give you yardage, Nikon delivers more: slope-adjusted distances, a DUAL LOCKED ON QUAKE feature to confirm you have ranged the flag, a mounting magnet for quick convenient use, and optics so crisp you’ll think you’re looking through a tour pro’s eyes.

People might think rangefinders are clunky, slow, or just plain inaccurate — kind of like using a ball marker the size of a poker chip. The COOLSHOT 50i GII sets a new standard; lightning-fast reads, ergonomic design, and Nikon’s legendary optics - all in one sleek device.

Whether you’re tracking pins on blind shots or dialed in from 220 out, this is the tech you’ll trust under pressure.

The difference isn’t subtle. It’s Nikon. ⬇️

📰 GOLF STORIES

⛳️ Rickie Fowler snapped

Rickie Fowler finally snapped at an Instagram troll named "Cliff C." who's been sending him "horrific messages" for weeks, posting "I'd love to see you face-to-face" after finishing his season at the BMW Championship. The harassment apparently stemmed from controversy over Fowler receiving six sponsor exemptions to signature events despite missing the top 50 cutoff last season. Fowler's T-6 finish clinched his spot in 2026 signature events, but the soft-spoken pro had enough of the online abuse. ⬇️

👀 Ben Griffin overdosed on creatine

Ben Griffin started the BMW Championship final round six over through three holes after accidentally overdosing on clumped creatine, causing "tremors" and making him "freak out" during his opening triple-double-bogey nightmare. The two-time winner threw chunks of supplement in his water bottle, swallowed one whole, and nearly derailed his entire season before his caddie made him chug water and calm down. He then played the next 15 holes seven under for a bizarre 69. Golf Digest's verdict after 75 years? This one's a first. ⬇️

💀 Emergency landing at golf course

A Piper Cherokee made an emergency crash landing at Sydney's Mona Vale Golf Club after losing power, sliding to a stop next to a green as terrified golfers rushed to help the occupants. The student pilot and instructor suffered only minor injuries after taking off from Camden Airport 82 miles away an hour earlier. One golfer said the plane flew so low he "could have thrown a club up and hit it." Just another hazard to add to the list alongside errant shots and poisonous snakes. ⬇️
