The UNC golfer, born in Scotland but raised 30 minutes north of San Francisco, could barely hear questions over his supporters' whooping and hollering after beating Oklahoma State's Preston Stout. 👀 Akshay Bhatia hits pivotal hole in one

Akshay Bhatia aced the 214-yard 17th hole at Caves Valley with a 5-iron, his first PGA Tour hole-in-one that rocketed him from bubble status to 29th in FedEx Cup projections for the Tour Championship. The 22-year-old was so amped he "couldn't even feel my body" and had crazy adrenaline walking to the 18th tee. The ace earned him a BMW car and an Evans Scholarship in his name, though he might give the car to his caddie. ⬇️

Robert MacIntyre silenced a heckling fan with a 7-foot par putt on 14, then pointed and shushed the crowd after draining it while battling Scottie Scheffler for the BMW Championship lead.
