Masters concessions are actually cheaper in 2026 than at the first Masters in 1934 when adjusted for inflation. The 1934 club sandwich cost 75 cents ($18.43 in 2026 dollars), the pimento cheese 40 cents ($7.37 today), and the mysterious "tongue" sandwich 50 cents ($9.83 now). Today's $1.50 pimento cheese is $5.87 cheaper than 1934 after inflation. Apart from pre-AI data storage, few American consumer costs have fallen as sharply in a century. In the age of $14 ballpark beers, that's almost unthinkable. A tradition unlike any other. ⬇️

Greg Norman ripped "loner" Nick Faldo on the 30th anniversary of his 1996 Masters collapse, saying "no respect for him" despite their famous 72nd-hole embrace. Norman claims Faldo's hug saying "Don't let those b------ get to you" was "the public side of Nick" and criticizes him for sounding off about LIV Golf without calling first: "He could have asked for the other side of the story... just to sound off?
